We provide fresh, fast Poke without sacrificing taste, health, and quality. Poke is a raw salad served in Hawaiian cuisine. We have taken this classic dish and put several twists to it. We use tuna, salmon, shrimp, Kani, chicken and tofu with different mixtures including seaweed, onions, edamame, mango and more to create a fresh, light, delicious meal.

What is Poke?
It's Fish Salad
Poke is a raw fish salad served as an appetizer in Hawaiian cuisine. Pokē is the Hawaiian verb for "section" or "to slice or cut". Traditional forms are aku (an oily tuna) and he'e (octopus). Increasingly popular ahi poke is generally made with yellowfin tuna. Adaptations may feature raw salmon or various shellfish as a main ingredient served raw with the common "poke" seasonings.
